During the winter time I was challenged by the event of organizing the trip for about 6 people in the Thailand. It was quite challenging, because I've never been to Thailand before.
Our trip started in the Bangkok, where I had to take this group of 6 people to the hotel from the airport.
In the afternoon I've organized the trip to the old city – The day was success full. After 3 days spent in Bangkok we had to travel to the south to Krabi. There at the airport the problem occurred the transport to Ko lanta wasn't organized, nevertheless my quick decision making was put in the use.
Hired minibus was relatively cheap. Than Arrival to Koh Lanta – than plenty sight seeing and organizing cheap transport.
After 1 week we have traveled to Koh Nghai – small island than after 5 days spent on the island I've organized with local Business manager the trip to the Pukhet where we stayed in the hoter until the end.
Than Flight back to Bangok and organization of the shopping trips and finally transfer of these people to the airport.
To sum up, I think, that the trip was well organized and the first fear of failing organizing this trip was unreasonable. I hope that the improvements should be done in the accommodation booking in advance. Overall I developed new leadership skills and since I started up something previously unknown I can say that I did cope with constrains quite well.
